How It Works:
- Select your preferred ice pack size on the machine touchscreen.
- Tap Continue to proceed to payment.
- Choose Paynow as your payment .
- Select your preferred payment option (e.g., EcoCash).
- Enter your mobile number directly on the machine screen.
- Confirm the payment on your phone when prompted.
- Once payment is successfully verified, the machine automatically dispenses your ice.

Swiip Contactless Card

- Your balance is instantly deducted.

Sumbos Token
Simple. Direct. Reliable.
Sumbos Token is a prepaid payment option designed for customers who prefer token-based transactions at our 24 Hour Ice Machines.
Each Sumbos Token has a fixed value of USD $1.
How It Works:
- Select your desired ice pack on the machine screen.
- The total price will be displayed.
- Insert the equivalent number of Sumbos Tokens (1 Token = $1).
- Once the correct amount is inserted, the machine will automatically dispense your ice.
Important Notice
Only official Sumbos Tokens are accepted.
Customers must not insert coins or foreign objects into the token slot.
Doing so may damage the machine and interrupt service.
Any damage caused by misuse may result in liability
