All payments are processed instantly. Once confirmed, the machine automatically dispenses your ice.
In the rare event of a technical issue:
1. Take a photo of the machine screen.
2. Keep your transaction reference number.
3. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
Our support team will verify the transaction and issue a refund or replacement promptly.

If payment fails, no money is deducted.
