Our ice is produced inside a fully automated system using multi-stage filtration and UV sterilization.
There is zero human handling during production or dispensing, ensuring clean, hygienic, and safe ice every time.
We accept:
•Paynow (including EcoCash,Telecash,One Money)
•Swiip Contactless Card
•Sumbos Tokens
All payments are processed instantly. Once confirmed, the machine automatically dispenses your ice.
In the rare event of a technical issue:
1.Take a photo of the machine screen.
2.Keep your transaction reference number.
3.Contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
Our support team will verify the transaction and issue a refund or replacement promptly.
Customer satisfaction is our priority.
If payment fails, no money is deducted.
